| Constant Pressure System
highest level of bale density. In most variable chamber round balers the specific pressure area at the bale surface goes down with the increase of bale diameter, this means that with low power low density is the result. The bale chamber on the RP 502 / 520 is designed that the specific pressure area on the bale surface is constant from 1m to the set bale diameter up to 2m. This is achieved by increasing the belt tension in respect to the increase of bale chamber diameter. Therefore a high compression of the baled crop is achieved. The hydraulic pressure for the density is produced by an integral system so there is no connection between tractor hydraulics and the baler for bale density. This system gives simple settings of density with no pre pressuring from the tractor and allows the bale to be broken down in bedding or feeders right down to the bale core. |

| Special Compression Belts Welger RP 502 / 520 balers are fitted with extremely durable endless belts of virtually symmetric construction.
